Formula brake company was founded in 1987 in Prato, Italy, as a quality motorcycle wheels and brakes designer and manufacturer. In 1993, mountain bike disc brakes development changed the history of the biking industry, and Formula was the first company to successfully produce and distribute disc brakes for mountain bikes.
